Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in your shipping confirmation email, sent the moment your order leaves our workshop. If you're logged in, you'll also find it under your account orders.
My tracking hasn't updated — should I worry?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to register the first scan, and updates may pause between hubs. If there's no movement after a few business days, reach out and we'll investigate.
I didn't receive a tracking email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
